My experience at Oakland Rehabilitation’s cardiac program was excellent. The staff was caring and supportive, and the therapists tailored my exercises to help me regain strength and confidence.

The facility was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped gym and a quiet, spacious room for rest. The nursing team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and progress.

Thanks to Oakland, I’m heading home feeling stronger and healthier. I highly recommend their cardiac program to anyone needing quality care!

We are both very happy to let you know of the wonderful experience at Oakland Rehab and Healthcare Center. My husband arrived on 2/6/25, transferred from Cooper Trauma Unit after a very serious fall with brain damage. He could not walk or hold his head up. After 9 weeks of PT, OT, SP and excellent nursing care, he was able to go home to our home in Cape May. There are no words to express our gratitude to the staff that took such good care of him and gave me the support and tools to care for him at home. We had used facilities in Cape May County but they did not have the staff or training, so we came 3 hours to receive expectational care. We believe in this facility so much we came back in May 2025 after he suffered a blood disorder that needed nursing care. A tip for successful experience be kind to the staff and say thank you! They work very hard to take care of their patients and please the families as well. Thank you all so much.

When I moved from another state, my first concern was not to be a burden to my family, but moving into Oakland has resolved my issue. I’ve made good friends and am living a rich and fulfilling life everyday, thanks to the various Korean program as well as opportunity to attend American program. I do have each day with joy.

After my stay at Valley Hospital, I came to Oakland Rehabilitation for their cardiac program, and it was the best decision I could have made.

Thanks to Thomas and the incredible rehab team, I regained my strength and confidence, and I’m now walking to my full potential. The care and support I received were outstanding. The team’s encouragement and expertise made all the difference in my recovery. I feel stronger, healthier, and ready to get back to my normal routine at home. Moving into Oakland with my husband has changed both our lives for the better. His health has improved and because of this, I have more free time for myself. We both enjoy Korean food as well as activities that help keep us both physically and mentally fit.
